8800gs and 9600gso sli?
is it possible to sli a 8800 gs with a 9600gso
they are essentially the same card, just renamed.

there are 2 types of 9600gso, one with the G92 GPU the other (later) with the G94 GPU.
if you have the one with the G92 GPU (the same as the one of the 8800gs) it will work for sure. if it's the one with the G94 GPU i'm not 100% sure but you can give it a try, it won't damage anything.
