canon powershot sd 1100 or powershot A1000?

help? my parents bought me the A1000 for christmas.

they both knew i wanted to powershot sd 1100 is...

but they bought me the powershot A1000 because target didnt have the gold colored one like i wanted.

dont ask me why they didnt just get me whatever colored sd 1100 target DID have. both cameras are exactly the same price.

what im asking is, would you take or keep the powershot A1000?

i havent taken it out of the box or anything cause my mom told me shed take it back. reviews?

    sis in law has the sd1000, aka the elph series.

    My wife just got the a1000 is from santa.

    It has more mp, no biggie but a 4x zoom vs 3x zoom.

    Keep the a1000.

    I would keep the a1000

    you can do more with it
