That is pretty much spot on, you just need to eat more really.
Eating only 1200 calories a day will cause you to lose weight, but not necessarily in a good way, a large portion of mass burned will most likely be muscle, causing you to get a "skinny fat" look. Try to grab an additional meal.
With all that exercise you should be up to at least 2000 calories, you will firm up and feel great at the same time.
edit: Not inferring that you need to lose weight @ 110, just assuming that was your goal?

You ate somewhat healthy, although it seems to me that you could use even more calories since you are so young. It depends on what your goals are, but i would choose the egg omelet with turkey for dinner rather than leftover ribs. Eggs are really good for you and if you are working out (volleyball) a lot, then you need the protein from the eggs for muscle growth. You are tiny if you weight 113, so maybe you want to concentrate on eating right and toning up rather than cutting calories :)

I know you probably don't want to hear this, but you need to eat more. With all of the exercise you do you should be having at least 1,500 calories a day (1,500 being the absolute minimum). If you begin to eat more, it is likely you will lose weight. Even if you were sedentary, 1,200 calories would be extremely low, but since you are so active you're really in danger of harming your body. Please see a nutritionist or a physician who can give you proper advice before your health declines.

If you're running that much, you need more calories. Try to get your caloric intake up to at least 1500 a day.
You seem to have a pretty good diet but try to get more calcium and also more veggies. One more thing, try to eat 5 small meals a day, not a few big ones. It keeps your metabolism up.
Other than that good job!

You need to have breakfast and more fresh, organic fruits and veggies. try to eliminate processed foods. I certainly hope you are only trying to be healthy, and not lose weight because 109 for 5'5 is already very thin.

you did great but why should it matter if you have a good immune system you can eat out some times.
