    Hey Fattie,

    The landlord can keep your security deposit, keep all your stuff and sue you in small claims court for unpaid rent. If you run away and hide, and you have no other assets for the landlord to attach, and no income, then nothing more can happen to you! You're home free - but don't ever try to rent another apartment from a smart landlord or ever try to get credit again!
