    like G said, it means With you Palestine.

    don't expect to find anything written in English in online dictionaries, because it's not Arabic, it's "Arablish", meaning Arabic words using English letters and numbers. Numbers are used because there are some letters in Arabic that aren't used or hard to pronounce in English.

    2 is a hard A

    3 comes from the throat

    5 is like a weird K

    6 is a hard T

    7 is a hard H

    8 is a hard K/G

    9 is a hard S.

    Apostrophes are also used (like '3, '6, and '9).

    Ma3ik = with you

    ya Falasteen = oh Palestine

    I'm sure the person could be saying "(we're) with you Palestine" since Palestine is struggling trying to become its own country.

    With you Palestine.

    Edit: Allah ma3ik ya Felesteen means: "God is with you Palestine"

    Basically, that God will save Palestine.
