redoing wedding photographs ?

My photographer said she would retake our wedding pictures. because it was too hot that day to get some good ones. I am willing to repay for the renting of the tuxes. here is the problem. One of our bridesmaids isn't talking to us. One of our groomsmen is now living in another state on the other side of the country. Would it be wrong of me. Just to get photos of those who are still here and talking to us. I have no problem replacing her. him yes. He's a good friend.

Update:

I am redoing the ones of him and me. I was wondering if i should redo the other ones also.

Don't do it. If you need new photos of you & groom, take some studio formals. Otherwise, staging photos just because a bunch of fat white people sweated is purely silly. Who will ever look at those pics anyway?

Hate to break it to you but (a) nobody ever looks at the wedding pics and (b) especially nobody ever looks at them after the divorce.

I would just re-do the ones of you and your hubby... Those are the ones that most couples blow up.. etc. The other ones that you have, you can edit them.. Soften the photo to make it not look so hot (if anyone is sweating...) etc.. It will save you a lot of money. There are so many different things you can do with photo editing.. Give it a shot and stick with just doing you and him.

    Hope I helped :)

Just redo pictures of the couple. the day was all about you two, anyway!
