HELP HELP RINGBACK TONE ON VERIZON IsN'T WORKING! ?

OK,

I already bought the ringback tone and everything and

i went to the my ringback tone thingy and it wasn't on the menu

and now it's playing that stupid classical music thing and it's annoying

my purchased ringback tone isn't showing up!

    i dont know if their is anything you can do if your phone doesnt even have the tone you purchased on there.

    ide cut your losses and download it again, somethimes problems just arise like this and their isnt a thing you can do =[
