it will never happen, the wwe/wwf has almost never done interpromotional matches/cards under the rule of vince mcmahon jr. there have been a couple exceptions but only with a couple japanese companies, which they had a working agreement with (the matches were never mentioned in the usa though). his father and the wwwf used to have his champion (bob backlund) wrestle other companies champion such as when he battled nwa champ ric flair. this will never happen though, mcmahon is a business man first and foremost and he wants to crush the competition, not help it, look what happened to wcw. besides, i doubt jeff jarrett will ever 'give in' to the mighty wwe enterprise, which is a good thing

Jeff Jarret has said numerous times he will never sell, deal with or let his wrestlers wrestle in WWE while they are under contract, so no I don't think so, although it would be interesting.
