If your computer has a slot for a micro SD card, then it will normally be right on the front of your computer somewhere. (My slot is up towards the top of the front - My laptop has a slot for one on the right hand side). if you don't have a slot for it on your computer, then you will have to go to Radio Shack or some other vender that sells USB adapters for Micro SD cards.

The adapter has a slot for your Micro SD card and you plug it into the slot then plug the adapter into a USB port on your computer.

You can drag and drop files or better yet, copy and paste files onto your Micro SD card for using in an MP3 player or whatever.

Your computer may not have a slot for it. Usually the SD slot will be on a panel on the front of the computer with three or four other slots of different sizes. The card should go in, gold tabs first, in only one way. If it doesn't slip right in, take it out and try the other way. Don't force it. They're not very sturdy.

    Hope that helps.

You insert your MicroSD card into a MicroSD-to-SD card adapter. You then insert your adapter (SD card) into your computer's card reader.

No! SIM enjoying cards are too enormous to slot in the micro-SD card slot. whether you minimize it, the binary device on the SIM card isn't comparable to the micro-SD and you will in easy terms upward push up greater issues sooner or later.

You may possibly have a slot for it somewhere in your computer, but chances are you'll have to get a little USB card reader.

you need a card reader on your computer that can read microSD format.

On some computer there are already installed on one of 5.25" or 3.5" bays like http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTool... or an external one that connects though usb like http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTool...
