why cant you switch teams in madden during franchise mode?
i have madden 09 for the 360 and the thing i hate about it is that you cant switch teams during franchise mode. i get tired of being with the same team.

The point of franchise mode is to play one team for several seasons. If you are getting tired of playing one team you'll have to start a new franchise game.
