1= eat before your workout, becuz u can burn your calories and after your work out eat a fruit or drink water it will reduce your hunger.
2= try to focus a goal. I mean if u have an idol try to follow the image or say thats I wana be fit and look great! lol

1. about 20 minutes after working out is supposedly the best time to eat
2. you have to really, truly want it and make it a priority
