You might want to try samurai champloo, eureka seven, full metal panic, as they do have some similarities to the animes you mentiond. There are others but these are the ones that come to my mind first.

Bleach is AWESOME (: but Soul Eater's pretty damn good too. I'd suggest Naruto if you've got TONS of free time to watch it seeing that's it's almost 300 episodes when you include Shippuden
