How can I harness my psychic ability?

My tarot reading is phenom, I get constant deja-vus, I predict many things moments, days, week, or month before they happen. Things like convorsations and action and possible outcomes. I'd also perhaps like a good site that isn't full of crap that I might be able to go to. I used to meditate, don't much anymore. If I were to go back to meditation how can I focus a bit more on my psychic side. Uhm, I think that's all. Any help is much appreciated.

Update:

I asked because I though someone might take it seriously. Of course I'd get some snarky answers, thats obvious.

The key is seek first the source of your internal power, then all of your latent psychic abilities will awaken as a by-product. If you focus on developing your psychic abilities rather than awakening your internal source of power, then you are in for hard arduous effort for years. But if you go straight to the source, all of your hidden psychic abilities and primal powers will automatically awaken in the process. Meditation is the key, because the meditative mind is the most powerful, unified mind possible. The heart-mind has been conditioned from hundreds of different contradictory sources since birth and it is only with the meditative mind that these layers can be penetrated, so that the consciousness can merge with its true nature.

The true nature of the mind is multidimensional and it is only with the meditative mind that we can single point the consciousness, so that there is no voluntary or involuntary movement of the conditioned heart-mind's attachments, associations, memories, thoughts, dreams, emotions, desires, or biological urges.

When we can concentrate the mind to a single point, we can open up that concentrated mental power and direct it totally into whatever subject matter, or situation we are encountering, without the involuntary movement of attachments, associations, memories thoughts, dreams, emotions, desires, or biological urges being able to interfere and we can maintain that single pointed focus even in difficult or dangerous circumstances.

When we can concentrate the mind to a single point and open up and direct that concentrated mental power at will, we can tap intuitive faculties from our unconditioned intelligence and expand the consciousness until it enters a state where the thinking, dreaming, concentrating, contemplating, meditating, mind goes into abeyance and the consciousness becomes like the flame of a lamp in a vast, dark, windless, place, unfocussed, totally aware and illuminating everything.

It is only through attaining a multidimensional meditative mind that the consciousness can cut through indolence, distraction and its conditioned sleeping, dreaming and waking states to dissolve completely into the omnipresence and absolute oneness of the void, where the ‘I’ consciousness, the senses and the bodily elements cannot penetrate.

Only when the consciousness has merged itself into the absolute oneness and omnipresence of the void can it move freely in the conditioned temporal state of the mind - the original, primordial, unconditioned state of the mind and the state of no-self no-mind that interpenetrates and transcends them all.

Through a foundational personal practise of unity skills and energy cultivation, transformation and redirection, methods, we attain a body that is a powerful, sensitive, responsive instrument; vital energy, internal force; concentrated mental power and the ability to direct it and intuitive faculties that align with unconditioned consciousness and this leads to natural self arising physical, sensory, mental and emotional control. When we have this natural self arising unforced control, we have the vehicle that can open the door to the truly meditative mind and a completely new dimension of consciousness and dynamic way of living.

Practice, practice, practice! Just like learning anything, it takes practice and time. Using psychic energy is just as exhausting as working your muscles. So, don't be disappointed. Just keep working at it. You don't get rock hard abs overnight, don't expect big instant results from your psychic work either.

You are funnier than a muslim apologist. But I'm sure you already knew the responses you would get before even asking the question, so why did you ask?

Keep exercising your "mystic muscle". Like all muscles it will grow with use. If you don't use it you may lose it.
