Owner's Manual Sears sewing machine Model 158.16500?

Call the local sewing machine repair shops -- they may be able to order a manual, or if s/he brings the machine in, they may recognize the parental model of the machine. Kenmore machines are badged versions of another maker's machines -- right now, I believe Janome. But I don't know who did the 158 series.

Sears doe's not put any of the owners manuals online. They do sell them though. If you have a Service Center in your area, call them. If not, go to the store and inquire. Most manuals I have bought were about $7.
