Is Massachusetts the only state where marijuana is decriminalized? What about California?
I know that marijuana will soon be decriminalized in Massachusetts. But what about California, was it already decriminalized there? Is there any other states where it is decriminalized?
Oh and by the way how jealous are you of Massachusetts

Massachusetts is not the only state to decriminalize marijuana. Several other states have.
Am I jealous? No. Marijuana is still going to be illegal in Massachusetts. All the decriminalization does is reduce the penalty if you are caught with it. And, it does not change federal law on the use of marijuana (which, in Gonzales v. Raich, the Supreme Court ruled that federal law trumps state law).

Marijuana is not legal in the United States except for medical purposes there are thirteen states that allow medical marijuana use: Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington

Possession of marijuana is not decriminalized in California; it remains a crime. However, possession of less than an ounce is a misdemeanor which carries only a fine as punishment. Possession of more is a misdemeanor with a possible six month jail sentence. Sale or possession for sale can be charged as a felony.
One can possess a limited amount of marijuana for medical reasons with a valid physician's recommendation, but there are lots of drugs you can possess with a prescription--that does not amount to decriminalization.

Not sure about California, but i know it's legal in Michigan. Not jealous of Massachusetts, just hope the sick gets better, and the others work harder for their money, because food prices went up....got the munchies?

I once heard a NPR report where it said Alaska has lenient laws on it, you can carry a small set amount without being prosecuted. I'd look into that. Honestly I don't know about the other states.

Medicinal marijuana is legal in many states including MA & CA. However, marijuana without a medical license is illegal everywhere.
