Would this be appropriate attire for my new years eve party?

it may be a bit summery.. depends on the material.. but i think its probly ok.. the no white after labor day doesn't really apply any more.. i would get a structured jacket for over the dress.. in a rich color.. the teal would be great... i think you'll be fine.. the most important thing is that you are comfortable. have fun!
