How do I remove Winiguard from my computer?

I didn't know what I was doing and accidently installed Winiguard. Now it's messing everything up and making things really slow.

How do I uninstall it? Please help, and show me step by step, I'm not big in computers.

    Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, update it and run a full scan. Remove everything it finds.
