Get him something he really really wants or has alot of interest in. For example, if he's a huge football fan then get him a sweatshirt of his favorite team. Baseball fan, a rare baseball card like perhaps Hank Aaron, Nolan Ryan or something. You can never go wrong by arranging a surprise b-day party. hope that helps. I am a brother myself and I would love any of the above haha.

get him a 360 box with a rock in it. after he opens it and gets pissed pull out a 360 from behind the couch.

well how old is he. he might like video games for his consoles, rockband, left 4 dead,cod4,5 etc. or something simple like a camera.

maybe get him a cool pet... or you could get him an iPod nano... or maybe you could give him a gift card t a sweet place that he loves...:) hope i helped
