Pro Bowl moving to site of Super Bowl?

That's ok, but playing before the big game? What if you're Super Bowl bound (clinched) and picked for the pro bowl? You gonna play and risk getting injured?

I don't think anyone thats selected for the Pro Bowl who is also going to the Super Bowl is gonna play. That's reason enough to hate that they've moved the Pro Bowl ahead of the Super Bowl - many great players wont be there. Its a meaningless game anyways, but I still wanna see the best guys play!

They mentioned that the players playing in the Super Bowl wouldn't play in the Pro Bowl.

I think this is a dumb idea. Maybe more people will watch the Pro Bowl because it'll give them some football to watch, but I still don't think anyone will really care.

What the others said -- ESPN reports that nobody from the Super Bowl teams would participate.

That makes the Pro Bowl even more irrelevant. I don't know why they just don't cancel the game altogether. Announce who the All-Pros are for the year and leave it at that. Throw a big dinner party for them, or something.
