honestly there are a few i use all the time they are as follows:
www.beemp3.com
www.mp3raid.com
and www.catchvideo.com
ps. the last one is the most handy i find because you can get any song from any vid off of youtube (that's the easiest site to use) and convert it to whatever format you like (best is mp3 for ipod)

He can copy music from his CDs and his friend's CDs. Trying to download free illegal music is a good way to get a virus.
Give him an iTunes gift card if you can, that way he can load some songs without worrying.

well i dont know a website where u can get them ...but what most peple use is limewire....its preaty good for songs and videos...but make sure u do that cus its really easy for people to download ..po**.there so make sure hes safe...hope i helped:D
