Is this Healthy or Unhealthy? ?
So one of my New Years resolutions is to have better eating and exercising habits, and I'm starting a bit early so it's easier in 2009. So for lunch I had a salad, and around 2 I was hungry and I was in town so I went to a place called Big Wrap. And I got this thing called a chopsticks in a bowl, which is white rice, chicken, and teriakie sauce in a bowl. And I would like to know for future Reference, if that is a healthy food choice?
Please and Thank you.

yeah i think you consumed 400-500 calories for this meal even though you should have added some veggie but it's still good cause you had salad before =)

not really, but it's okay because you're still learning about healthy foods.
Next time, if the place has healthier choice options, ask for brown rice instead of white(white, bleached and enriched are not good for you!) and have the sauce put on the side so you have better portion control. And for sauce/portion control, always try to dip in the sauce instead of drowning the rest of your food in it. Best of luck with your New Year's Resolution!
