Is there a somewhere where a World Trademark can be had without going to each and every country?
Or does a person have to file in every country? And if the Trademark is approved in a country can it be used in Cyber space or does a person have to apply for a Cyber Trademark?

There is no such thing as a "world trademark." Trademark rights must be acquired from each country you pursue. There is also no such thing as a "cyber trademark."
You seem to be under the incorrect impression that a trademark registration provides rights to use a trademark. That's not correct. Trademark registration merely provides registration for already-existing trademark rights, which are acquired through use in commerce.
