Your DDR2 1000 will not be fully functional since the motherboard can only support up to DDR2 800 memory.
But other than that, I don't see any potential problems with this setup. Also, since you seem to have money to spend, why not just invest in a Core 2 Duo/Quad Extreme? I mean, you have the top gear with everything else. XD

Nice Specs, however if i were you i'd be looking more at the quad core range than dual core, because that motherboard you buying has the purpose of overclocking quad core's :)
