What's cuasing my joint and/or tendon pain?
Does anyone know what can cause joint or tendon pain? I have it in both elbows and one side of my kneww area. In fact, when I touch the area right below my kneww it sends a strange sensation up the side of my knee area (on the outside of my knee). I haven't done anything to "cause" the pain like work out etc, but it's very painful. What can I do and what do you think may be causing this?

Thats strange since you say its not a sport or injury related issue. Its time to call the doctor.

The elbow is a hinged joint where the humeral bone, the radial and ulnar bones meet. You may possibly have arthritis,
bursitis, or a number of other diagnosis. Depending on how long you have had the pain and how severe the pain is. I would
definitely see your PCP for a referral.

You need to get to a doctor for cortisone or whatever injections. Really, trust me.
