Watered down Vodka?? ?
Okay here is the deal, i need to steel a little vodka from pops. He has a little more than half of a half gal. If i took half a water bottle and replaced it with water, would he notice?? He mixes his drinks. And it is not in the freezer. Would that amount of water have any effect??

He'll figure it out. Diluted vodka has less bite to it. You don't "need" to steal any alcohol. It is bad to steal alcohol and deceive your parents. It is bad to steal anything. Don't do it.

Do you REALLY think hes going to notice that little bit gone? Honestly, does he mark where the liquid line is with a marker? Just take a small amount he wont even notice, if anything hell be wondering why his vodka tastes less strong mabye because someone put water in it?

I've known people who have done that and never got caught....just make sure you pour the same amount of water as the amount of vodka you took out... the one good thing is that vodka is so strong that even if its a little watered down its hard to notice :]

He will most likely notice, even if you are only getting a half water bottle full. I wouldn't steal it. If anything first ask and tell your dad you'll reimburse him and if hes the type you know won't let you drink, try one of your friends older siblings who is of age or has a fake id. You don't have any connections or anything to get alcohol? As a last resort we at least have crack heads outside one of our liquor stores who buy us stuff if you go to the right one. I wouldn't suggest trusting them though.

When daddy isn't as drunk as he'd like to be, he'll sure as hell notice. I'd say you're better of just taking some and not replacing it with water. If he notices it's been tampered with then he'll really think something is up. If it's normal but less full than he remembered, he'll probably just think he forgot he drank some.

if he drinks it often then yes he would prolly notice but if not i say go for it...oh and does he keep it in the freezer? water will freeze...vodka does not...not a good way to get caught!!

Yes. For one thing the density of water is different than the density of vodka. Secondly, he would be able to taste the difference.

he might not, but i had a friend steal my alcohol once and replace it with water and it was in the freezer so it froze an i knew, so as long as its not in the freezer, and its only like 25% water

Yes he would notice especially if its good stuff adding water to a plain spirit such as alcohol has adverse effects to its taste.

I would not water it down more than about 20% or
he will notice.
