Runaway teens TX to MD?

Can the police force the teens to go back. What is the minimum age that they could stay?

    According to the Texas Family Code 18 yrs of age is an adult.

    Yes, they could force someone under 18 to return home

    If the teens are under age, the police/courts will return them to their parents.
