Not as far as I know and I have been there a few times and to the special adults only room in the Museum in Naples where the obscene pictures and sculptures are kept. There is a very detailed sculpture of the god pan having sexual intercourse with a female goat. Loads of dwarfs with huge appendages in amusingly obscene poses but not children.
