as a drink: coffee - I would literally get headaches if i don't drink any coffee
as a food: chocolate - I'm addicted to chocolate
physical item - my cellphone - if i leave my apartment without it (and I live on the 5th floor of a 5 story walkup), I would climb the stairs and get my phone. if i am at work and realize i didn't have my cellphone, i will call my older brother and tell him to bring my cellphone to me.
