How To Report A Bauty Academy?

I need urgent help, I would like to report a Beauty Academy. I was looking to do a beauty course and was very impressed by the academy's website. Once in enroled onto the course, I found that the the whole experience was very dissapointing. The teacher was reading everything from a book, she didnt even know what she was teaching, I was given the work worksheets, wrong folders, wrong information. I was given answers via email 2 days before my exam as they realised I hadnt not been taught none of the information to begin with. Then on the assessment day. I no longer would like to complete the course and would like to know how i can get my money back. I have already contacted the academy on many occassions about this matter and it seems to be going round in circles. Who do I need to contact?
