Road Trip Chicago Buckingham Fountain vs.Sears Tower Skydeck?

Hi I am doing this math project that I hav to pretend to go on a road trip. That means planning it and all that other stuff. I am "planning" to go to Chicago. I plan to go to 2 places there but my teacher says I could only go to one place in Chicago. So should I go to the Buckingham Fountain or the Sears Tower.

Oh and money is no object the main purpose of this project is to spend one billion dollars.

There is much more to see in Millenium Park...Buckingham Fountain south of it. Both are actually in Grant Park. By the way, the fountain is also closed in Winter.

Buckingham Fountain is a great attraction at night because of the colored light show...15 min. Other than that and the views of the skyline and lake, it is rather limited and not worth seeing it as a solo destination in a field trip.

Another Field Trip idea would be Lincoln Park Zoo:

    The above attractions are free.

In the suburbs there is a bigger zoo that has more animals and attractions:

I prefer the Hancock Bldg to the Sears Tower because there is a restaurant with fine food. For a Field trip, the Sears Tower is fine:

There is an admission charge to both the Brookfield Zoo and Sears Skydeck.
