my brother has diarrhea and it is yellow with red spots in it, they look like pimentos he hasn't eaten any?

is this a virus or has he gotten some kind of desease

    The red spots are fresh blood and that is not normal. This is something that needs to be seen by a doctor. It would be a medical emergency in an infant or young child. Call your doctor.

    Your best bet is to go to the doctor immediately because if the red spots are blood, then that's a bad sign. Also, the age and weight of your brother also makes a difference.
