Yes. It would be immoral to keep it. Also, it could cause that person to lose their job. There are so many things that could happen if you kept it. For all you know that person may be a single mother with 3 kids who she is trying to care for properly. If you take that money and she gets fired, you just caused 4 people to not have enough money to support themselves. Which in turn may cause one of her children to drop out and find another job to help support the family until the mother find another job. That child may never go to school again or if the child is to young to work may look to other avenues that are illegal to get money to help his family. People never think about the possible consequences of their actions, even though something that seems so small can have such large repercussions.

I have and I also have not. Depends on how I feel at the time, I guess. Or maybe how old I was at the time. When I was younger I probably thought it was cool to get extra money, but now would feel bad. Also, if it was from Wal-Mart, I wouldn't give it back: screw them.

Absolutely. I believe that honesty is very important even if no one will know or ever find out. Extend honesty to everyone and it will make you feel better about yourself and gives you a high moral position with which to conduct your affairs.
