What was the name of the pbs/bbc tv series about nazi resistance?
I believe this series ran during the late 90's. It was about civilians dropped into the Netherlands or Belgium to act as spies. The head of the cell owned a cafe. It was not a comedy. I think the title contained the word wings or water.
