Does Time Warner Cable own Cablevision?

I was just watching tv and I noticed a bulliten about some channels going dark for Time Warner customers. I live in NJ and I have Cablevision. Does Time Warner Cable own Cablevision? Do I have to worry about this black out?

    No they are two different cable companies. Viacom has a beef with Time Warner Cable only.

    No. Unless you have Time Warner CABLE then no you will not be affected.
