How come boys are so naughty?

ooh, so it is okay, for teenagers to be bad? Men, have every right to be 'bad' or sexual, they are legal age, and it isn't just men. women are the ones who send the signs for the man to be naughty. i guarantee if you make him feel awkward he won't be. rather he would be a shier person. well, since i am only 17 i probably would not know, but yeah that is what would happen with me

In general, those "naughty men" weren't caught doing things when they were young. they gt away with too much and the more they got away with the more they thought they weren't doing anything wrong so they stayed that way. Some guys had a poor up bringing. They weren't disciplined much as youths. The society of today (more like the past 20 years) wouldn't allow parents to punish their children. I contribute this as being the main factor in the "naughty men" of today. Thank God I grew up in the 60s and 70s when if we did someone wrong, we got busted good for it.
