zune problem! says i don't have enough space but...?

Question

so i tried to update my zune software and it says i can't because there isn't enough memory in my zune but the last time i checked i'd only used up about 2 gigs of memory and i have a 30 gig zune.

Also the zune software won't read my zune and i have no idea how to restore the zune device firmware.

Make sure you keep yours off until there is more news. I heard there might be a fix if your willing to rip off the back of your zune.

Mine did that too. I heard everyone's zune did that. It sucks. Omg i am super mad I turned it on at 2 am last nite and it worked fine and then all of a sudden it got stuck and now its stuck on the zune page. I hate this.

I heard they're having problems with da software and they are sure to back soon.  Try not to connect until you have heard more news  or going to website.  Everybody is been having problems with their zune.

That guy has answered the same thing for all the Zune questions.

Truly I don't know.

How about delete the software, and reinstall it.
That might help, or try to delete your stuff from it.
Its called format I think.

Try both of those.
If it doesn't work, I'm sorry for telling you to delete everything, and it ends up not working.

ok did u hear about the bug thats going on in every 30gb zune device? and u ca nget on your zune now!?

pass your folders on your workstation like your pictures and videos and stuff and delete belongings you don't want. then restart your workstation it clears up some area and helps you to acquire more beneficial information.
