Why can't i find cache when I click edit on firefox?
Trying to download java. This is what it tells me to do.
For Mozilla 1.x and Up
1. Click "Edit" from the Mozilla menubar
2. Click "Preferences..." from the "Edit" menu
3. Expand the "Advanced" menu by clicking the plus sign
4. Click "Cache"
5. Click the "Clear Cache" button
When I click edit I don't see Preferences or advanced or cache

Click the tools menu, the second last option under tools should be "clear private data (or just press ctrl + shift + delete) > you'll get a small box with check boxes, cache is usually already checked (make sur eit is anyways, it should be the third one from the top) and press "clear private data now" at the bottom of the box.

In Linux Firefox, it's under Edit/Preferences. In Windows Firefox it's under Tools/Options. (They keep the metaphor that most programs running in that operating system use.)
Go to http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Options+window... and search for cache. There are instructions for clearing the cache - it's in Advanced/Network (the Clear Now button).
