Im sorry i canty understand your question it clearly says this right in the link you gave us:

    OPEN AUDITIONS

We enjoy meeting the acts in person, so this year we are holding open auditions in more cities than we ever have before. These open calls are a chance to meet the producers and perform your act for them. We also videotape the event and do on-camera interviews with some of the acts. We have just announced we will be visiting the following cities in early 2009:

    Los Angeles Audition Dates January 29, 2009 - January 31, 2009

    Atlanta

    Austin

    Boston

    Chicago

    Miami

    New York City

    Seattle

    Washington, DC

If you want to join us complete the form on your right, this way we can keep you up to date with all the details including audition city dates, locations and times, audition tips, and other important information. Cities, venues, and dates are subject to change.

    VIDEO AUDITIONS SUBMISSIONS

If you know you are unable to travel to one of our audition cities, or if you just want us to get a taste of your act before we meet you in person, you can mail in or upload a video of your performance. Make a 2-3 minute videotape of your act. All music performed must be a "cover version" of a popular, published song. NO ORIGINALS please.

    Upload

Upload your video when you fill out the registration form on the right.

    Mail-In

    1) We will accept VHS & DV tapes along with DVDs. (Please NO hi-8s or formats that need VHS adaptors.) Label the tape or disc with your name, act name, address and phone number.

    2) Download and complete the following forms. Eligibility Requirements/Casting Information Sheet/Personal Release Form (Adobe Reader is required to view the forms. Click here to download a free copy if you do not have it installed.) Please take your time and answer all the questions.

    3) Send it to us:

    America's Got Talent, Season 4

    3727 W. Magnolia Blvd., #808

    Burbank, CA 91505

We urge you to send us your video by January 10, since we will be on the road soon for the open auditions.

I dont know what you are looking for.

AND WOW, NEVER WOULD I THINK THE VIETNAM AND IRAQ WARS WOULD BE TIED INTO THIS QUESTION. LOL
