Try this one:
Total: 40
Monsters: 20
Gene-Warped Warwolf x3
Frostosaurus x2
Cyber-Tech Alligator x3
Great Maju Garzett x1
Luster Dragon x2
Mad Lobster x2
White Horned Dragon x1
Spiral Serpent x1
Summoned Skull x1
Mirage Dragon x1
Magna Drago x1
Jelly Beans Man x2
Spells: 12
Axe of Despair x1
Unite We Stand x1
Mage Power x2
Riryoku x1
Raigeki x1
Harpie's Feather Duster x1
Heavy Storm x1
Mystical Space Typhoon x1
Heart of the Underdog x1
Ancient Rules x2
Traps: 8
Trap Jammer x2
Magic Drain x1
Birthright x2
Soul Resurrection x1
Common Charity x2
I suggest mostly Normal Monsters because they are easier to handle and have no negative effects to the controller. Mirage Dragon's good to avoid any powerful Traps like Mirror Force, Magic Cylinder, Sakuratsu Armor, Negate Attack, Draining Shield, etc.
Another reason why I suggest them is because Ancient Rules can Special Summon your high ATK monsters such as Frostosaurus and Spiral Serpent.
Heart of the Underdog and Common Charity can help you draw more of your reliable cards and get more of your powerful Great Muja Garzett.
Best Beatdown Stategy:
1. Activate Ancient Rules to Special Summon Spiral Sperpent (2900 ATK)
2. Tribute Summon Great Muja Garzett to have it's ATK 5800. Then use Mage Power, Axe of Despair or Unite We Stand on it to gain lots of ATK power.
3. Activate Birthright to revive Spiral Serpent.
4. Both direct attacks will be an OTK.
NOTE: Be careful for powerful Trap Cards like Magic Cylinder, Mirror Force, Sakuratsu Armor, Draining Shield, etc. that respond to your attack.

man both those guys are horrible deck builders. i wouldnt listen to them. tribute 4 1 jinzo 1 cyber dragon 1 dark ruler hades 1 mobius nontribute 16 2 goblin attack force 2 slate warrior 2 goblin elite attack force 2 giant orc 2 spear dragon 2 exiled force 1 dd warrior lady 1 neo spacian grand mole 1 mataza the zapper 1 fairy lily magic 12 2 lightening vortex 1 brain control 1 heavy storm 1 mystic space typhoon 1 monster reborn 1 united we stand 1 mage power 2 enemy controllers 2 reinforcement of army trap 8 1 mirror force 1 torrental tribute 3 bottomless 2 final attack orders 1 trap dustshoot basic beatdown, with final battle orders. some will question the enemy controllers conflicting with the final battle orders. but you use them why you want to get the final battle orders, because you dont activate it right when you get them. or you use the second effect to pwn.

I also have beatdown deck, for yours though, you need to take out summoned sull, and maybe some other offering monsters for frostosaurus, 2600atk, 6 stars. Probably drop murading captain because your not running totally (or mostly) warriors. other than that, just try and limit the number of cards you use. The most i ever use is 42.
Source(s): been playing since release in english, have a beatdown deck, local tournament winner - 1 decade ago
Probably about a 4 or 5.
The first thing I see is that you have 48. I never ever ever ever have more that 40 cards in a deck. Some decks are capable of running at 42 or so, but a good rule of thumb is to limit yourself. Use the leftover cards in a side deck if you want.
I feel like your deck is just cards with good effects or high attack crammed in a deck together. You have plenty of good cards here, they just don't fit together very well. Just try and pick one theme for your deck and base it around that (such as Life Boost for Injection Fairy Lily or a chaos strategy for BLS).
Kinda vague, hope it helps :]
I'll check back later if you have quesitons.
