FAA form 8610-2 for airframe and powerplant tests.?
About 5 years ago i got a marijuana possession and i was just wondering if i wright this on the form will the faa give me a ration of crap, or should I just leave it blank and if they say anything just tell them "sorry thought it wouldn't be on my record". What should I do?

They may or may not give you any crap...but think of this every time a aircraft crashes...its not just on the traffic report on the radio...and the FAA is sensitive just like any other government agency to bad press so I don't think they would like to hear on the news "a Boeing 737 crashed right after take-off last week and our investigation found out that the last person to work on the aircraft has a history of drug charges." Even though you had nothing to do with the crash and the greatest aircraft mechanic on the line, the FAA looks at it different.
So put it down and don't lie and you might get lucky, and the odds are that it won't become a issue (If they said that you must be squeaky clean to work anywhere, a big part of the pop. will be out of work)
