How do I use upgrade option using windows XP?

I run Windows XP, however I hope I dont have to use a Windows XP disc because we dont have one anymore

Update:

ok I installed Vista transformation pack onto my computer yesterday, today I uninstalled it. at first my XP startup still apeared like vista, and all icons looked like vista icons on both user accounts, so I did a system restore, on one user account, I did a system restore to two days ago so the computer would hopefully forget all about the vista transfomation pack, so after the system restore almost all was back to pure XP, the startup, logion screen, everything, well almost everything, one of the two user accountsa still has vista icons, so I did a sytem restore using that user account next, even though it shouldnt matter user accounts, it was still to the point where only one user account was back to normal, the same user account that had the issure before still has the issue of having vista icon "leftovers" as I call them, I tried setting the icons, but no use it didnt work, onew user account still has vista icons that I desperatly wanna get back to all XP icons

Update 2:

maybe theres a better way, but I was told to Use upgrade option using windows XP because Windows XP will replace all Vista settings
