Trade Mark is a very simple process at state level usually cost about $50 t0 $75 depending on your state, Federal or International Trade Marks are very complicated and cost thousands of Dollars. Even though the filing fee for US Federal Trade Mark is only $300 and International Trade Mark is $750.
You can get the form to file a State Trade Mark from the office of your State's Secretary of State Office Business services section.

you have to fill out a application at your local court house theyll check and make sure no one else has it if not they will register it under you
