Does anyone know what to do when a Zune won't reset?

I have 2 Zunes that were placed on a charger and are now stuck. The normal reset procedures (back and up or back and down) aren't doing anything. Any ideas?

    all 30g zunes are froze and microsoft is working in it.

    I have the same problem. =/

    I want to reset it because when i want to change songs, raise the volume, or scroll down the menu its like if i pressed the middle of pad.

    ayy I am sorry I am no help, but I am going to star this question.

    Oh and i have the 120 gb and i barely got it
