I want to do this but not sure how?

I am 45 yrs old have had 4 children youngest is 20..remarried 8 yrs ago after being single mom for 15 years..after youngest had tubes tied next day..went to family doctor to ask about undoing them he sent me to specialist and they said yes until they saw my records and that my tubes weren't done the normal way but cut way up by the ovary..he said he couldn't do it..then he said he didn't do invitro to women over 40..there is a clinic in another province(14 hours away) but I don't know how to go about it..do you think I could email them ?

Update:

Guess I should also add my hubby is 35 and never had kids of his own but helped me with mine when they were teens and did a fabulous job..

First of all, congrats on finding a new love. I know it couldn't have been easy being a single mum and all.

I think you should do your research and e-mail them. It doesn't hurt to find out what your options are. Also, perhaps you can find a forum for woman in your shoes. They may offer you some support and maybe recommend someone that they have used.

Always get a second opinion and Good Luck!
