"Download Blocked by your Security Zone Policy"?

Recently, when I've tried to download Torrents, it says that message. Blocked by a "security zone policy".

I suspect this is due to my recently switching internet providers - but does anyone have any clue on why this shows? And what I can do to fix it?

Or it could be that some of your security software has realised it's dangerous. I had a similar message recently going to a website in Firefox - I ran checks on the website and agreed with the warning I had received.

If it's your ISP blocking it, there may not be much you can do. They may be blocking a few things that you can't change. Ours when Limewire is used and sends nasty emails. They could block it, I'm sure and might be by now. (Not that I advocate using Limewire for illegal purposes but son installed it before he understood copyright, which I set him straight on as soon as I found out!)
