Which direction does a Microwave Turntable rotate: Clock-Wise .or. Counter-Clock-Wise?

Mine goes both ways. When I start it up, it goes clockwise, and when I stop it to check whatever I'm cooking and start it back up, it goes counter-clockwise.

I have one which rotates both ways. When I put a sew in for the first ten minutes it generally rotates clockwise. For the next fifteen minutes, after being restarted, it rotates counter clockwise.
