Don't wanna work although I need to, is it normal?

I know at some point of my life I might have the option of being a house wife, enjoy life and forget all about going to work... but that option is not available now, I'm in the opposite situation... gotta pay bills and provide for myself, build a career and probably a life! I'm already on my way to doing all this.. I got a fine job and a fine salary... yet I keep thinking everyday on my way to work: "Do I have to do this?", "When will it all stop" or "I just don't wanna goooooooo"!!! is it normal? or could it be because I hate that IT career? or may be the company! :(

Yes it is normal. But it is also part of "The Grass Is Always Greener On The Other Side Of The Fence" syndrome.

When my now ex-wife was staying at home for several months after our daughter was born, I could see day to day her brain turning to mush. and her life seemed to revolve around how many dirty diapers she changed that day and Oprah.

I had to force her to go back to work as soon as we found suitable child care so she would go back to being an intelligent human being I could stand to be around.

It is normal but also you may not like your job very much. You could always want to quit and never work again but you could try finding a job that you enjoy better so every minute isn't torture.
