DS r4 emulator?Do you know what it is????
On some r4 sites i sese emulators. what are they? ( don't don't say they are illegal cause i know that)

It is not illegal. it is used for games that you cant get on the ds. you doundlead them from the pc and on to it. then you put into the ds. on my'n i put widoas xp on it and not it is a pc and i can get the internet. it is realy fun and cool and you can load pic and stuff on it. and you can get for 20$

Technically they're not illegal. An r4 card is just a memory card that can have all kinds of files put on it. Like music, videos, and games from the computer and then you're able to put it in you DS. Also its only illegall if you are using illegally downloaded items.
