As tax payer, not as an investor. We the people will be paying for a very long time. Charities as well as private investors lost huge sums of money, we have no idea how much he has managed to keep. He got everybody's, just a question of how much. Along with the bail-out thieves, the Iraqi thieves, the oil thieves, the drug thieves, the insurance thieves, and those that remain unidentified. Looks like the lid fell off the cookie jar.
