ok, i really want to make a website but i dont know where?

I would use Wordpress as it's free you can get free space. Or you could use blogger.com which is much easier to use. HOWEVER be aware that you retain little control over blogger a little more with wordpress.

Do you want a domain and hosting? 1and1.com have very low cost sites i have never used them and i hear they have a very clunky control panel but there is lots of third party help.

Or do you have a web editor already? There are free one's around. When your making your site its not just a matter of dealing with the tech you have to know about search engine optimisation if you want to be found in the search engines... even a little basic seo will go a long way.

So give some more info .... on what you want to do.. Does it have to completely free ... or what else do you need?
